Mama's International Tamales is an apprentice-operated business and job training restaurant that provides hands on instruction designed to train low and moderate income residents in the disciplines necessary to begin a career path toward success in the culinary world.  Their organization's mission is to foster entrepeneurship by providing existing and future owners with the tools needed to organize and manage a business successfully, hence creating jobs and making its community a better place to live and work.
