The Summit was designed to provide plenty of networking opportunities so you can make new friends and find new colleagues. Take advantage of Summit meals and transition times between sessions to connect with the people you’ve been wanting to meet. Utilize the
Summit Online Network to find out who’s attending and post your profile.
Social Enterprise Showcase & Reception: The SEA San Francisco Chapter is hosting this event to kick off the Summit 2010 + World Forum with a special reception featuring exhibits of social enterprises. If you're a social enterprise, plan to display a table showcasing what you do. Everyone will be able to enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvre and help us celebrate the 2010 World Forum.
Dine-arounds: Enjoy dinner at one of San Francisco’s fabulous restaurants with other Summit attendees.
Young Professionals Party: Come party with students and young professionals à la Social Enterprise as DJ Hey Man!, Darian Rodriguez Heyman (former E.D. of the Craigslist Foundation), spins conscious R&B, hip hop, and downtempo grooves from around the world.
World Café: We are pleased to introduce this semi-structured opportunity for conference attendees to further connect with speakers and one another around each of the conference tracks: Investment & Finance, Models & Strategies, Policy & Advocacy, Leadership Development & Education and Communications & Storytelling during lunch on Thursday, April 29.
Summit Party: Thursday night's festivities wrap-up with the Summit Party featuring "Wake the Dead", a Celtic All-Star Grateful Dead Jam Band.
Chapters & Affinity Groups: Find other social enterprise leaders and supporters in your area! We’ll help you find your nearest SEA Chapter or meet with others from your community who may want to form a networking group.
